Custom Operational Frameworks

We don't apply frameworks. We build one. From scratch, for you, and only you.

Most companies know AI is the future. Very few know how to make it work. We fix that by studying how your company actually operates, then designing the operating methodology that will guarantee your growth, success and stability.

There is a way of thinking about intelligence that changes how you think about your organization.

We call it Renewable Intelligence.

Is Framelab right for you?

Five questions. Two minutes. A clear starting point.

Framelab Diagnostic Q1 / 5

A directional read, not a sales form. Your details are only used to send your result and follow up once.

The Situation

The tools arrived. The transformation didn't.

The Problem

They don't know what they don't know.

Companies invest in AI tools and get no return. Licenses purchased, dashboards ignored, workflows unchanged, and no internal expertise to diagnose why.

How We Solve It

We go in, understand everything, and fix it.

White glove, hands-on, start to finish. We embed in your operation, learn how work actually flows, and rebuild the way your company runs, with AI placed exactly where it belongs.

The Impact

More time. More money. Less chaos.

Your team works smarter. The AI tools you pay for actually get used. Repetitive processes get automated. Leadership finally gets clarity.

The Process

Three phases. One framework that has never existed before.

Every engagement follows the same arc, but what we build inside it is designed only for how your company works.

1 Month 1 to 2

Diagnosis + Custom Framework

We go deep inside your organization. We talk to leadership and every level of the team. We map everything. Every process, every breakdown, every inefficiency, every opportunity. The deliverable is a comprehensive handbook that contains everything: a full analysis of how your company actually operates, every process that isn't working and why, every area of improvement, exactly what should be automated and with what specific tools, and your Custom Framework, built from zero, designed only for you, that has never existed before. One phase. Everything you need to know and everything you need to change, in your hands.

2 Month 3 to 4

Implementation + Training

We implement everything in the handbook. Every process change. Every automation, built and deployed. And we train everyone: leadership on how to lead within the new framework, and every single team member on the new processes, the automations, and exactly how their day-to-day work changes. Real hands-on training built around what we designed specifically for your company. By the end of this phase everything is running and everyone knows how to use it.

3 Ongoing

Ongoing Support

We make sure it sticks. Monthly check-ins to start, then quarterly, then biannual. We adjust what needs adjusting, fix what needs fixing, and make sure the change holds long term.

What Makes Us Different

This is about how companies work. AI is just the current urgency.

We build original frameworks, from deep expertise.

We don't arrive with a methodology to install. We design one, drawn from the full universe of working methodologies, shaped to your operation alone.

Everything is private, and built only for you.

Your framework, your audit, your data. Nobody else ever sees it. It isn't resold, templated, or repackaged for the next client.

We stay after implementation.

We don't install and walk away. Monitoring is a phase of the engagement, not an upsell, and it's where the compounding value lives.

Change management from day one.

Adoption isn't an afterthought bolted on at the end. Every framework is designed around how people actually accept, resist, and absorb change.

Proven across four markets.

We've done this for companies across the US, Canada, and Latin America, across operations of different sizes, industries, and cultures.

Common Questions

Straight answers, before you book anything.

What makes Framelab different from regular consulting?

Traditional consultants arrive with a methodology and adapt your company to it. We do the opposite: we study how your company actually operates, mapping every process and talking to every level rather than relying on interviews alone, and design an original operational framework that exists only for you. And we don't leave after the report: implementation, training, and long term support are part of the engagement.

Do I have to commit to all phases?

No. Every engagement starts with Phase 1: the diagnosis and your Custom Framework. That phase stands on its own. You finish it holding a complete handbook of how your company operates, what is broken, and exactly what to automate, whether or not you go further. At the end of each phase you decide whether to continue. Most clients do, because each phase builds directly on what the previous one produced.

How long does the full engagement take?

The diagnosis and your Custom Framework take the first two months. Implementation and training run through months three and four, so everything is live and your people are trained by the end of month four. After that, support continues for as long as you want a partner: monthly at first, then quarterly, then biannual. The timeline flexes with the size and complexity of your operation.

What industries do you work with?

The method is industry-agnostic by design, because we build the framework from your operation, not from an industry template. What matters is operational complexity: teams drowning in manual work, tools that never got adopted, processes living in people's heads. If that sounds familiar, the industry label matters less than you'd think.

Where are you based and who do you serve?

Framelab is based in Montevideo, Uruguay, and works worldwide. We've served companies across Uruguay, Argentina, the United States, and Europe. Engagements run in English or Spanish, remote-first with on-site time when the work calls for it.

The First Step

One conversation. No commitment. No pitch.

The first step is always understanding your operation before we say anything about scope or cost.
